CLASS OF '79 REUNION DETAILS

Here are the events planned for the 30 year reunion the weekend of July 24-25, 2009..

Friday July 24, 2009
Fatso's Sports Garden -- Starting at 6 p.m..
15630 Henderson Pass (at Thousand Oaks). San Antonio, TX 78232
Get Reacquainted/Social Mixer Night! Pay-as-you-go. Dress is casual.
They have an indoor/outdoor area and sand volleyball courts for those of us who still feel 18!

Saturday July 25, 2009
Winston Churchill High School -- 11 am-2 pm.
12049 Blanco Road, San Antonio, TX 78216.
New, beautiful additions to the school have been built. Meet for Lunch and WC Tour.
Hamburger lunch will be catered by Longhorn Cafe. Dress is casual. Children welcome.
Yes, you can ignore school dress code, but please be tasteful!

Retama Park Showplace Pavilion -- 7 p.m.-11 p.m.
1 Retama Parkway (off of I-35), Selma, TX 78154.
Our gathering will be in a spacious, air-conditioned, white tent on the right of the grandstand.
Buffet dinner, with cash bar. Dress is nice casual. No children to this event.

Total Cost of the Class of 1979 Reunion Weekend
$50 Single -- $100 Couple -- $10 each child (Sat. at WC).

The Class of 79 is Online!
Welcome to the new Churchill High School Class of 1979 alumni website. We have a 30 year reunion coming up this summer and the need to get in touch with everyone in the class. We have quite a few mailing addresses and virtually no e-mail addresses. We will have a online address form online shortly. Hopefully we can get everyone's e-mail addresses and it will save on our mailing costs.

About a quarter of our class mates were still on the "lost and not found list" at the time of the 1998 reunion. These are people we do not have any address information for.
